Vietnam (a very poor nation) is evacuating hundreds of thousands of citizens BEFORE a storm hits it’s coast (and it’s only a Typhoon….not a Levee busting hurricane) and moving them further inland (I’m guessing these fishermen don’t own their own cars) where they’ll be safer. Wow! Damn those third world countries eh?….enough said. I don’t need to beat you about the head with it.
Maybe FEMA needs some advice from Vietnam on Emergency Preparedness….Pay them well, they could use the money.
Just curious….I wonder how much the budget is for the agency that did the evacuating and Emergency Preparedness in Vietnam?
….I wonder what they would do with shiploads of food and trucks of ice.?
…or thousands of trailers for that matter?
I wonder how many steak dinners they eat and if they like their jumbo shrimp in a cocktail or on a stick?
I wonder…….
